The do-it-yourself

This is a two hour consultation with Reidesign Home Staging going through your property room by room identifying and itemizing areas requiring attention. The homeowner will be provided with a 56 page handbook and a DVD addressing what staging all about.  The rest is left up to you.

Pricing $250.00

Verbal Consultation.

Reidesign Home Staging will walk through your property identifying areas in each room that need attention while the homeowner is taking notes. This is a one hour verbal consultation focused on preparing your property for the real estate market. Follow up is strongly recommended once these areas have been completed.

Pricing $195.00 

Owner Occupied

In this package Reidesign Home Staging will undertake between 2 to 6 hours of staging your property for the real estate market. This will involve placement of homeowner’s furniture, accessories and artwork as well as recommendations for possible new wall color and current lifestyle pieces to complement and enhance the property.  Your property will look and feel larger, free flowing and more organized.

Vacant Property

This package transforms cold vacant rooms into warm and inviting spaces. The package can take between 6 to 8 hours or 2 to 3 days. The vacant property package includes rental of furniture, accessories, lighting; artwork; linens and greenery.
